• A responsible adult (18+) must be present to accept delivery and sign the delivery receipt.
• Customer assumes all risk of loss or damage once the vehicle is signed for and accepted.

• Unclaimed orders held beyond 14 days may be subject to storage fees.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before completing your transaction.

• New, unused inventory may be eligible for return within 7 days of purchase, subject to a restocking fee.
• Used or custom-ordered vehicles are non-refundable unless there is a documented manufacturer defect.

• Customer authorization (verbal or written) is required before additional work beyond the original estimate is performed.
• Vehicles left for service must be claimed within 30 days of completion notice. Storage fees apply after this period.
• Ultra Golf Carts, Inc. is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, theft, or damage to personal items left in vehicles.
• Payment is due upon pickup of the serviced vehicle.
