Please read this policy in full before initiating a return. Understanding our process will save you time and ensure your return is handled as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Call us at +1 (303) 269-1838 or visit us in person at 1815 Rustin Ave A, Riverside, CA 92507. Explain your reason for the return and provide your order or invoice number. Do not ship or drop off any item without prior authorization.
Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization number if your return is approved. All returns require this RA number before processing. Returns without an RA number will be refused.
Ensure the item is in its original condition with all accessories, keys, documentation, and packaging. Any missing items may result in a partial refund or denial. Bring the item to our Riverside location or arrange approved shipping at your expense.
Our team will inspect the returned item thoroughly. This process may take 2–5 business days. We will notify you of the outcome and whether a refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued.
Once approved, your refund will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method. Store credit is issued within 3 business days. You'll receive written confirmation once your refund is processed.
Unused new UTVs and powersports vehicles may be eligible for return within 7 days of the purchase date, provided they are in original showroom condition with zero miles added beyond a test drive.
Eligible — Conditions ApplyUnused, uninstalled parts in original packaging may be returned within 7 days. Electrical parts, special-order components, and installed parts are non-returnable.
Eligible — Unused OnlyUnworn apparel items with original tags attached may be returned or exchanged within 7 days. Items showing signs of wear or washing will not be accepted.
Eligible — Unworn OnlyAll pre-owned and used UTVs are sold AS-IS unless a specific written warranty is provided at time of sale. No returns on used vehicles unless a documented defect exists.
Non-ReturnableVehicles or parts ordered to custom specifications are non-refundable. Deposits placed on custom orders are non-refundable once procurement or production has commenced.
Non-ReturnableAll completed service and repair labor is non-refundable. If there is a dispute about the quality of service performed, please contact our service manager directly within 48 hours of vehicle pickup.

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or is defective upon arrival, you must report it within 48 hours of receiving it. Failure to report within this window may limit your options for resolution.
We offer exchanges on eligible items within the same return window (7 days). Exchanges are subject to current inventory availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is of higher value, you will be responsible for the difference in price.
If your purchase was financed through a third-party lender, returns and refunds are subject to additional conditions set by the financing company. Odes UTV LLC will work with you and the lender to facilitate the return, but cannot guarantee specific timelines or outcomes from the lender's side.
For orders placed through Odesutvllc.com or by phone, the same return policy applies. You will need to either bring the item to our Riverside location or arrange return shipping at your own expense.
We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or credit card company. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.
