How to Initiate a Return

STEP 01

Contact Our Team

Call us at +1 (303) 269-1838 or visit us in person at 1815 Rustin Ave A, Riverside, CA 92507. Explain your reason for the return and provide your order or invoice number. Do not ship or drop off any item without prior authorization.

STEP 02

Receive Return Authorization (RA)

Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization number if your return is approved. All returns require this RA number before processing. Returns without an RA number will be refused.

STEP 03

Prepare & Deliver the Item

Ensure the item is in its original condition with all accessories, keys, documentation, and packaging. Any missing items may result in a partial refund or denial. Bring the item to our Riverside location or arrange approved shipping at your expense.

STEP 04

Inspection & Approval

Our team will inspect the returned item thoroughly. This process may take 2–5 business days. We will notify you of the outcome and whether a refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued.

STEP 05

Refund Issued

Once approved, your refund will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method. Store credit is issued within 3 business days. You'll receive written confirmation once your refund is processed.

New Vehicles

Unused new UTVs and powersports vehicles may be eligible for return within 7 days of the purchase date, provided they are in original showroom condition with zero miles added beyond a test drive.

Parts & Accessories

Unused, uninstalled parts in original packaging may be returned within 7 days. Electrical parts, special-order components, and installed parts are non-returnable.

Unworn apparel items with original tags attached may be returned or exchanged within 7 days. Items showing signs of wear or washing will not be accepted.

Used / Pre-Owned Vehicles

All pre-owned and used UTVs are sold AS-IS unless a specific written warranty is provided at time of sale. No returns on used vehicles unless a documented defect exists.

Vehicles or parts ordered to custom specifications are non-refundable. Deposits placed on custom orders are non-refundable once procurement or production has commenced.

💰 Refund Methods & Timelines

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible. The timeline depends on your payment method:

  • Credit / Debit Card: 10–15 business days (subject to your bank's processing time)
  • Bank / Wire Transfer: 7–10 business days
  • Cash purchases: Refunded by check within 10 business days
  • Financed purchases: Refund is coordinated directly with the financing company
  • Store Credit: Issued within 3 business days
Odes UTV LLC will provide written confirmation via email or text once your refund has been processed on our end.

📋 Restocking Fees

Certain approved returns are subject to a restocking fee to cover our inspection, documentation, and re-inventory costs. Restocking fees are as follows:

  • New vehicle returns: Up to 15% of the original purchase price
  • Parts & accessories (opened packaging): 20% restocking fee
  • Parts & accessories (unopened original packaging): No restocking fee
Note: Restocking fees are deducted from your refund amount and are non-negotiable. Fees are disclosed at the time your return is authorized.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items & Fees

The following items and fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Deposits on custom or special-order items once production begins
  • Delivery, freight, and transportation fees
  • Title, registration, and documentation fees
  • Installation and labor charges for completed work
  • Electrical components and wiring harnesses (once installed)
  • Used, pre-owned, or "as-is" vehicles
  • Items showing signs of use, modification, or damage
  • Gift cards and store credits once redeemed
  • Third-party warranty or protection plan fees

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or is defective upon arrival, you must report it within 48 hours of receiving it. Failure to report within this window may limit your options for resolution.

  • Photograph all damage clearly before handling the item further
  • Contact us at +1 (303) 269-1838 immediately with your photos and order details
  • Do not attempt to repair, modify, or operate a vehicle you believe to be defective
  • We will arrange inspection and determine the appropriate remedy: repair, replacement, or refund
Damage caused by improper operation, neglect, or unauthorized modifications is not covered under this policy or any manufacturer warranty.

🔄 Exchanges

We offer exchanges on eligible items within the same return window (7 days). Exchanges are subject to current inventory availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is of higher value, you will be responsible for the difference in price.

  • Exchanges follow the same condition and eligibility requirements as returns
  • Exchanges must be pre-authorized before bringing in the item
  • Exchanges for the same item (same model/color) due to a defect are handled as warranty claims

🏦 Financed Purchases

If your purchase was financed through a third-party lender, returns and refunds are subject to additional conditions set by the financing company. Odes UTV LLC will work with you and the lender to facilitate the return, but cannot guarantee specific timelines or outcomes from the lender's side.

  • You remain responsible for any loan payments due during the return process
  • Any refund will be paid to the lender first to satisfy the outstanding balance
  • Any remaining balance after lender payoff (if applicable) will be returned to you
Important: Contact your financing company directly as soon as a return is authorized to understand how it impacts your loan agreement.

🌐 Online & Phone Orders

For orders placed through Odesutvllc.com or by phone, the same return policy applies. You will need to either bring the item to our Riverside location or arrange return shipping at your own expense.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective
  • We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method — Odes UTV LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit
  • Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipment
