Once you place your order on Odesutvllc.com or by phone, you will receive an order confirmation via email or text. Please review all order details carefully and contact us immediately if any corrections are needed.

Payment Verified & Processing Begins

Your order enters processing once payment is verified. Processing takes 1–3 business days for in-stock items. Custom or special-order items may require additional lead time β€” our team will contact you with an updated timeline.

STEP 03

Item Inspected & Packaged

Every item is carefully inspected and professionally packaged before leaving our facility. UTVs are secured on pallets or loaded for freight delivery. Parts are boxed with appropriate protective materials to ensure safe arrival.

STEP 04

Shipped & Tracking Sent

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. You can monitor the status of your shipment directly through the carrier's website. For freight shipments, a carrier may contact you to schedule your delivery window.

STEP 05

Delivery & Inspection

When your order arrives, inspect it thoroughly before signing for the delivery. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. For freight deliveries, do not refuse the shipment β€” instead, sign with noted damage and contact us within 48 hours at +1 (303) 269-1838.

Freight (LTL) deliveries are curbside only unless white glove service is selected. You are responsible for unloading. Always inspect the shipment before the driver leaves.
