We accept bank transfer (ACH & Wire) and major credit cards. Full payment or a confirmed deposit arrangement is required before any vehicle is released, delivered, or shipped.

• Wire transfer details should always be confirmed by phone before sending funds

We offer local pickup in Riverside, CA and nationwide shipping to all 50 states. Delivery timelines provided are estimates and subject to change based on carrier availability and logistics.

• Delivery and freight fees are quoted separately based on destination and vehicle size
• A responsible adult (18+) must be present to accept and sign for delivery
• Customer assumes risk of loss once a shipment is signed for and accepted
• Visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing

New, unused inventory may be eligible for return within a limited window, subject to a restocking fee. Used, pre-owned, or custom-ordered vehicles are generally non-refundable except where a documented defect exists.

• All returns must be pre-authorized by our team before being shipped or brought in
• Returned items must be in original condition with all included accessories
• Deposits, delivery fees, and labor charges are non-refundable

New vehicles may carry a limited manufacturer warranty as specified at time of sale. Used or pre-owned vehicles are sold as-is unless a specific written warranty is provided.

• Warranty coverage does not extend to damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modification
• Regular maintenance is the owner's responsibility and may be required to maintain warranty coverage
• Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the applicable coverage period

Our service department provides maintenance, diagnostics, and repair work for UTVs and powersports vehicles. By authorizing service, you agree to the following:

• A written estimate will be provided before work exceeding $100 begins
• Additional work beyond the original estimate requires your authorization
• Vehicles left for service must be claimed within 30 days of completion notice
• Payment is due in full upon pickup of the serviced vehicle
